4.22 COUNTER SHAFT GROUP (CK22)
A. SEPARATING THE MIDDLE CASE ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the bolt (1), nut (2) and spring washer (3).
2. Tap out the middle case assembly to the front side.

B. DISSEMBLING THE HST OUTPUT SHAFT
1. Tap out the 19 gear spline boss (3) to the front side
by hitting.
2. Draw out the 19 gear (4) with the bearing (2).
3. Remove the Cir-clip (8).
4. Tap out cover (9) to the front side.
5. Tap out the 23 gear spline boss (6) to the rear side.
6. Draw out the 23 gear (7) with the bearing (5).
7. Remove the oil seal.
8. Remove the cir-clip (13).
9. Remove the cir-clip (12).
10.Tap out the front wheel drive shaft 1 (14) with the
bearing (13) to the front side by using a plastic
hammer.
