1. Separate the front wheel drive case from the middle

case.

2. Draw out the 18T gear (13) with the bearings (12,

14) on it.

3. Draw out 28T-38T gear (11) with the bearing (10) on

it.

4. Draw out front wheel drive shaft 2 (5) with bearings

(4, 7).

5. Remove the oil seal (3).

4.20 DISASSEMBLING THE FRONT

WHEEL DRIVE SHAFT

[CK22H]

1. Separate the front wheel drive case from the HST

case.

2. Draw out the front wheel shift (7), ball (9) and spring

(8).

3. Remove the cir-clip (6) and draw out the front wheel

drive shaft 2 with the bearing and cir-clip (4) on it.

4. Remove the oil seal (3).
