4.2 POWER STEERING UNIT
4.2.1 BONNET
1. After opening the bonnet (1), disconnect the con-
nector (2), remove the bolts and the bonnet.
2. Remove the side cover (LH/RH) (3).
3. Disconnect the negative battery terminal (-) (4).
(For assembly)
When connecting the battery terminal (-), apply a little
of grease to it.

4.2.2 INSTRUMENT PANEL
1. Remove the steering wheel (1).
2. Remove the parking brake lever grip (2) and the
speed set lever grip (3).
3. Remove the transmission cover (4). (CK22H)
4. Remove the instrument panel cover (down) (5).
5. Remove the bolt and raise the instrument panel
assembly (6) up slowly.
Disconnect the connectors at 5 points and remove
the instrument panel by pulling the wires.

4.2.3 POWER STEERING UNIT
1. Disconnect the steering hose assembly (1) (L.R.P).
2. Disconnect the hose band.
3. Remove the mounting bolts in the power steering
unit (2) and remove the steering hose T and then
remove the power steering unit assembly slowly.
