2. Remove nu t (A).
3. Using a ha mmer, tap the bearing assembly (B) until it
slides off the shaft.

4. Secure the housing (D) and remove the internal
retaining ring (A), bearing (B), and two seals (C).
5. Install seals (C) into housing (D).
NOTE:
Flat side of seal should be facing inboard.
6. Brush sha
ft with oil. Carefully rotate th e housing (D)
with seal
s(C)ontotheshaftbyhandtoprevent
seal dama
ge.
7. Install
bearing (B).
8. Install
retaining ring (A).

9. Install nut (A) to secure the bearing assembly to
the sha ft.
10. Install the dust cap (B).
11. Pump grease into bearing assembly.
