OPERATION
Adjusting Voltage Limits
NOTE:
The Auto H eader Height Control (AHHC) sensor assemblies used for Lexion and some New Holland combines
are slightly different from the sensor assemblies used for other combine models—all three assemblies are
illustrated in this p rocedure.
1. Complete the
following steps to adjust the high
voltage limi
t:
a. Extend guard
angle fully; the header angle
indicator s
hould be at ‘D’.
b. Position he
ader 6–10 in. above the ground; the
float indica
tor should be at ‘0’.
c. Loosen sen
sor mounting bolts (A).
d. Rotate pot
entiometer (B) clockwise to increase
the low vol
tage limit, and counterclockwise to
decrease i
t.
e. Tighten s
ensor mounting bolts (A).

2. Complete
the following steps to adjust the low
voltage l
imit:
a. Extend g
uard angle fully; the header angle
indicat
or should be at ‘D’.
b. Fully lo
wer header on the ground; the float
indicat
or should be at ‘4’.
c. Loosen
mounting bolts (A).
d. Rotate
potentiometer (B) clockwise to increase
the low
voltage limit, and co unterclockwise to
decrea
se it.
e. Tight
en sensor mounting b olts (A).
