OPERATION
5. Place the torque wrench (A) on bolt (B) and use it to
move the w ing until the lock engages.
6. Replace the torque wrench (A) and reinstall the
linkage cover.
7. The wings will not move relative to the header.

Header ang
le is the angle between the drapers and the ground, and is adjustable to accommodate crop conditions
and/or soi
l type.

r angle (A) is a critical factor for effective cutting
on the gro
und applications because it determines the
actual di
stance (B) between the knife and the ground.

r rotates about the point of skid shoe/ground
contact
(C) by adjusting the length of the center-link
thereby
adjusting the position of the guards and knife.
Header a
ngle (A) is synonymous with guard angle (D)
which is
the angle between the guard upper surface and
the grou
nd.
