MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
Installing Sid e Draper D rive Roller
1. Position the drive roller (B) between th e roller
support arms.
2. Install bolt (A) that holds the drive roller to the arm
closest to the cutterbar. Torque bolt to 70 ft·lbf
(95 N ·m).
3. Grease motor shaft and insert into the end o f the
drive roller.

4. Secure motor to the roller support with four bolts (A).
Torque to 20 ft·lb f (27 N ·m).
NOTE:
Tighten any loosened bolts and reinstall plastic
shield (B), if re moved.
5. Tighten the two setscrews through access hole (C).

6. Wrap the draper over the drive roller and attach ends of
draper with tube connectors (B), screws (A), and nuts.
NOTE:
Head o
f screws must face the center opening.
