Cause: Hardware current limit for phase V responded. The pulsing in this phase is inhibited for one pulse period.
- closed-loop control is incorrectly parameterized.
- fault in the motor or in the power cables.
- the power cables exceed the maximum permissible length.
- motor load too high
- power unit defective.
Note:
Alarm A30031 is always output if, for a Power Module, the hardware current limiting of phase U, V or W responds.
Remedy: Check the motor data and if required, recalculate the control parameters (p0340 = 3). As an alternative, run a motor data
identification (p1910 = 1, p1960 = 1).
- check the motor circuit configuration (star/delta).
- check the motor load.
- check the power cable connections.
- check the power cables for short-circuit or ground fault.
- check the length of the power cables.
A30033 Power unit: Hardware current limiting in phase W

A30034 Power unit: Internal overtemperature
Reaction: NONE
Acknowledge: NONE
Cause: The alarm threshold for internal overtemperature has been reached.
If the temperature inside the unit continues to increase, fault F30036 may be triggered.
- ambient temperature might be too high.
- insufficient cooling, fan failure.
Alarm value (r2124, interpret decimal):
Only for internal Siemens troubleshooting.
Remedy: - check the ambient temperature.
- check the fan for the inside of the unit.
F30035 Power unit: Air intake overtemperature
Reaction: OFF1 (OFF2)
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
