Warning
Allow the Fuser to cool before removal.
The Fuser has reached end of life. This troubleshooting procedure applies to this
error.

• 010-351: Replace Fuser
Initial Action
• Check the Fuser life counter. If the count is at or near end of life, replace the
Fuser.
• Cycle printer power.
• If problem persists, follow the procedure below.
