Error Messages and Codes
Laser Error
An error was detected in the Laser Unit. The following troubleshooting procedure
applies to this error.
Applicable Error
• 061-370: Laser Error
Initial Actions
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
4 Check for +24 V at J503 on the MCU
Board.
Is +24 V available at J503-1 <=>
ground when the Interlock Switch is
closed?
Replace the Fan
(page 8-50).
Go to step 5.
5 Replace the LVPS (page 8-47).
Does the error persist?
Replace the
MCU Board
(page 8-57).
Complete.
