Email was unsuccessful. This troubleshooting procedure applies to these errors.
Applicable Errors
• 016-503: Email Error, Invalid SMTP Server Error
• 016-504: Email Error, Invalid POP3 Server Error
• 016-505: Email Login Error, POP3 Login Failed Error
• 016-506: Email Login Error
• 016-507: Email Login Error, SMTP Login Failed Error
• 016-767: Invalid Email Address
• 016-768: Invalid From Address
• 016-786: Network Scan Error, Communication Time Out
• 016-790: Network Not Ready Error
• 016-794: Network Not Ready, Scan Aborted Error
Initial Actions
• Check network connectivity.
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
