Error Messages and Codes
Tray and Media Errors
Load Tray or Manual Feed
The Tray or manual feed slot No Paper Sensor does not detect the presence of
media. This troubleshooting procedure applies to these errors.

Initial Actions
• Check the media path for obstructions, supported paper, and proper guide
adjustment.
• Check the condition of the sensor actuators.
• Check the size settings and print job specifications.
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
