Error Messages and Codes
Firmware Errors
MPC firmware download has failed . The following troubleshooting procedure
applies to this error.
Applicable Errors
• 016-737: Format Error
• 016-738: MPC Error
• 016-741: Protection Error
• 016-742: Invalid ID Error
• 016-743: Range Check Error
• 016-744: Check Sum Error
• 016-745: Header Error
Initial Actions
• Check system firmware version.
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
