Error Messages and Codes
RAM Errors
The controller has detected a RAM access error. The following troubleshooting
procedure applies to these errors.
Applicable Errors
• 116-316: RAM Error
• 116-320: RAM Error
Initial Actions
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
2 Reseat the Memory Card.
Does the error persist?
Replace the
Memory Card,
then go to step
3.
Complete.
3 Reseat all connections on the Image
Processor Board.
Does the error persist?
Replace the
Image
Processor Board
