Error Messages and Codes
Non-Xerox Toner
The Printer does not have a genuine Xerox Print Cartridge installed. The following
troubleshooting procedure applies to this error.

• Check the Toner Cartridge manufactuer.
• Cycle printer power.
• If problem persists, follow the procedure below.
