General Troubleshooting
7 Check the paper condition
Is the paper dry and approved paper?
Go to step 9. Replace the
paper, then
go to step 8.
8 Check for noise when the paper is fed
into the feed slot
Does the noise come from the printer?

9 Perform the Main Motor test (page 4-41):
Service Mode > Engine Diag > Motor
Test > Main Motor FULL2.
