• Designate moving direction of needle as device value is bigger.
• Designate as clockwise/counterclockwise.

• It is activated only when it is a circle and designates scale position on a frame,
0°,90°,180°, 270°. The start point of needle designated in a point is +180°,
Point = p, Number of scale=N, scale position is (degree),
p, p+360°/N, p+2*360°/N, …, p+(N-1)*360°/N

• Designate data type of designated word device.
• Number with sign : It interprets device value as positive number with sign.
