Bridging
Bridging is a mechanism to create a single network consisting of multiple devices, such asEthernet
devices and wireless accesspoints. You can also use bridging to create a Vitural LAN switchport
bridge. See Create a VLAN using switchport modefor more information about switchport bridging for
VLANs.
By default, the IX20 has the following preconfigured bridges:
