c. For Subnet, type an IPv4 addressand optional subnet mask, using the format IPv4_
address[/netmask], or the keyword any.
d. Repeat to add additional subnets.
17. (Optional) For Maximum download speed, type the maximum download speed in kilobytes
per second (Kbps).
Note Setting the Maximum download speed to 0 meansthat the bandwidth is unlimited. This

second (Kbps).

19. (Optional) Click Debug to enable verbose logging to the system log.
20. Click Apply to save the configuration and apply the change.
Command line
1. Select the device in Remote Manager and click Actions> Open Console, or log into the IX20
local command line as a user with full Admin access rights.
Depending on your device configuration, you may be presented with an Access selection
menu. Type admin to accessthe Admin CLI.
2. At the command line, type config to enter configuration mode:

(config)>
3. (Optional) Create new accesspoints for the hotspot.
You can also use existing access points for the hotspot. AccessPointsthat are assigned to a
hotspot or to abridge used by a hotspot cannot be used for any other purpose.
If more than one access point is being used by the hotspot, you must create a bridge that
includes the access points.
