Usage
ThiscommandenablesanddisablessendingSNMPtrapmessageswhenanewsourceMAC
addressisdetectedbyaport.IftheportisaCDPport,however,trapsfornewsourceMAC
addresseswillnotbesent.
Thedefaultmodeisdisabledgloballyandperport.
