1 shall indicate the device is capable of obtaining its network configuration via BOOTP.
1 shall indicate the device is capable of resolving host names by querying a DNS server.
1 shall indicate the device is capable of obtaining its network configuration via DHCP.
1 shall indicate the device is capable of sending its host name in the DHCP request as
documented in Internet draft (draft-ietf-dhcdhcp-dns-12.txt).
1 shall indicate the Interface Configuration attribute is settable.
When this bit is 1, the IP address setting can be obtained from the hardware setting.

When this bit is 1, it indicates that resetting the device is required to apply the Interface
Configuration attribute setting.
When this bit is 1, it indicates that the device can use the ACD.
This is not supported by the driver.
Determines how to obtain an IP address.
0: The device obtains an IP address from a value saved in the non-volatile memory.
1: The device obtains an interface setting via BOOTP. (Not supported)
2: The device obtains an interface setting via DHCP.
3 to 15: Reserved
