Diagnostic Error Code
E9-1: Duplex Unit failure
6 Enter Service Diagnostics, and from
the Motors/Fan Tests menu select
the Duplex Motor Low test.
Does duplex unit motor rotate
normally?
Replace the
HVPS/engine
logic board
(page 8-73).
