Print-Quality Troubleshooting
Skips and Smears
Initial Actions:
■ Check to ensure that the paper is within
specification.
■ Check that the paper supply is dry, fresh,
and loaded correctly.
■ Check the paper path for any
obstructions or debris.

2 Replace the transfer roller.

3 Replace the Fuser.

■ Gear assembly housing
