Troubleshooting Procedure
Steps Actions and Questions Yes No
1 Check the LVPS control power:
1.Remove the LVPS Shield Plate
(page 8-60).
2.Disconnect P/J41 from the LVPS.
3.Turn the power ON.
4.Measure the voltages at the following test
points:
■ P/J41-1 <=> P/J41-2: 3.3 V
■ P/J41-4 <=> P/J41-3: 5 V
Are the voltages measured within the
specified range?
Go to step 2. Replace the
LVPS.

2 Check the LVPS motor power:
1.Disconnect P/J42 from the LVPS.
2.Turn the power ON.
3.Measure the voltage across P/J42-1 <=>
P/J42-2.
Does the voltage measure 24 VDC?
P4510: Go to
step 3.
P4500: Go to
step 4.
