roaming-assist
The roaming-assist command [MyAP(config)# roaming-assist] is used to
configure roaming assistance settings. See also, “Roaming Assist” on page 380.
Command Description
data-rate Set minimum packet data rate before roaming, in
Mbps.
FORMAT:
roaming-assist data-rate <1-99>
devices Set device types or classes to assist.
FORMAT:
roaming-assist devices all | unidentified |

Disable roaming assist.

Enable roaming assist.

period Set roaming assist backoff period (seconds).
FORMAT:
roaming-assist period <#-seconds>
threshold Set roaming RSSI threshold in db relative to RSSI
of nearest AP.
FORMAT:
roaming-assist threshold <-50 to 50>
