Configure DHCP relay
DHCPrelay allowsa router to forward DHCPrequests from oneLAN to a separate DHCPserver,
typically connected to a different LAN.
For the IX20 device, DHCPrelay is configured by providing the IPaddress of a DHCPrelay server,
rather than an IPaddress range. If both the DHCPrelay server and an IPaddress range are specified,
DHCPrelay is used, and the specified IPaddress range isignored.
Multiple DHCPrelay servers can be provided for each LAN. If multiple relay servers are provided, DHCP
requests are forwarded to all servers without waiting for a response. Clients will typically use the IP
addressfrom the first DHCPresponse received.
