This feature enables the device to separately collect IPv4 traffic statistics and IPv6 traffic statistics for
a dual-stack portal user. Then, the AAA server can separately perform accounting on IPv4 traffic and
IPv6 traffic of the user.
For this feature to take effect, you must enable the portal dual-stack feature.
This command has a higher priority over the accounting dual-stack command in ISP domain view.
