BOX/AeroDR Interface Unit2 may not be good.
Check the network connection and take exposure
once again.
The DR Detector and AeroDR Interface Unit2, AeroDR
Generator Interface Unit or AeroDR Generator
Interface Unit2 communications status is poor.
Check the network status and then try performing the
exposure again.
C37102
5th AeroDR Detector can not be registered.
Up to four DR Detectors can be registered to one ex-
posure room. A fth DR Detector cannot be registered
because four panels are already registered.
C37103 Unknown AeroDR Detector.
The DR Detector is unregistered.
Registered DR Detectors are available.
C37104 Unknown exposure device.
Exposure device is not registered.
Registered panels (DR Detectors or CR cassettes) are
available.

An error occurred when canceling registration of the
AeroDR panel.
Check the network equipment and communication
cable connection status.
C37116
The license of the panel you tried to register does not exist
or the number of licenses is insu󰀩cient. Obtain a license or
register the panel for the number of licenses obtained.
(1) Acquire an DR Detector license.
(2) Register DR Detectors without exceeding the num-
ber of licenses.
C37119 Non-activated AeroDR detector is found. Contact Konica Minolta technical representatives.

There’s no selectable channel.
It will take maximum 30 minutes to recover the wire-
less LAN.
This appears when there are no accessible chan-
nels available when attempting to switch access point
channels while detecting radar waves.
Please wait until wireless communication is restored.

Radar wave has been detected. Changing the com-
munication channel.
It takes about 1 minute for channel change.
This appears when radar waves are detected.
Please wait until the device has nished switching the
access point channel.
C37123 Channel has been changed.
This appears when the device has nished switching
the access point channel.
C37124 Failed to start the AP Process. Please restart the PC.
Restart the device. If this does not solve the problem,
contact Konica Minolta technical representatives.
