2. Perform SP2-024-005 to wipe the electrode plate.
• When the SP is performed, the check operation after changing the auto-nozzle check unit will
be done.
3. Perform SP2-020-001 with the argument 31 to check purging.
• When the SP is performed, the auto-nozzle check operation will be done in the unit of the
specified number of rows of the nozzles.
