If CALCulate[1|2|3|4]:LIMit:STATe is set to ON while
[SENSe[1]]|SENSe2:SPEed is set to 200, error –221, “Settings Conflict”
occurs.
CALC1:LIM:STAT? This command queries whether the limit
checking function for the upper
window/upper measurement is on or off.
