SERVice:SENSor[1]|2:CALFactor <cal_factor_data>
This command writes calibration factor data to, or reads calibration factor
data from, the currently connected sensor. The whole calibration factor
block must be written at once as a checksum is generated. The new block
must not be larger than the existing block.
This command applies to the following sensors:
E4410 Series
N8480 Series (excluding Option CFT)
E9300 Series
E9320 Series, average path data
For E9320 Series sensors, peak path, refer to
“SERVice:SENSor[1]|2:PCALfactor <cal_factor_data>” on page 718.
