TRIGger[:SEQuence]:DELay <numeric_value>
This command sets the delay between the recognition of a trigger event
and the start of a measurement.

numeric_value The delay between the recognition of a
trigger event and the start of the
measurement.
• DEF: the default value is 0 seconds
Units are resolved to 1.25 ns.
