2100. The start time and end time must be in the format of hh:mm. The value range for the start time
and end time is 00:00 to 23:59.

The device supports FTP, TFTP, and HTTP file transfer methods. Table 43 describes the valid URL
format for each method.

URL is ftp://test:test@[2001::1]:21/test/
