13.9 User-dened error triggering
The "Acvate fault 1" and "Acvate fault 2" funcons serve to set the inverter from the proc-
ess to the error status.
Details
If, for instance, sensors or switches are provided for process monitoring, which are designed
to stop the process (and thus the drive) under certain condions, these sensors/switches can
be connected to free digital inputs of the inverter. The digital inputs used for the sensors/
switches then have to be assigned to the funcons "Acvate fault 1" and "Acvate fault 2" as
triggers.
