7 Conguring the frequency control
7.1 Basic seng
In the following, the steps required for conguring the frequency control are described.
1.
Set the operang mode "MS: Velocity mode [-2]" (default seng) in 0x6060 (P301.00).
2.
Select the standard setpoint source for the frequency control in 0x2860:001 (P201.01).
3.

The frequency control is now acve and the inverter responds to the frequency setpoint given
by the selected setpoint source.
7.1.1 Standard setpoint source
The selected "setpoint source" serves to provide the inverter with its setpoint. The setpoint
source can be selected individually for each operang mode.
Possible setpoint sources:

Analog inputs

Keypad
•
Network
•
Parameterisable setpoints (presets)
•
Digital inputs (congured as HTL input for pulse train or HTL encoder)
•
"Motor potenometer" funcon

"Sequencer" funcon

For applicaons only requiring one setpoint, it is sucient to dene the standard setpoint
source in 0x2860:001 (P201.01).

For applicaons requiring a change-over of the setpoint source during operaon, the func-
