6.2 Flexible I/O conguraon of the start, stop and rotang direcon commands
Conguraon of the triggers for the basic funcons for controlling the motor.
Details
The following table contains a short overview of the basic funcons. For more details see the
following parameter descripons.
Funcon Info
Enable inverter
0x2631:001 (P400.01)
Enable/disable operaon.
•
The funcon must be set to TRUE to start the motor. Either via a digital input or the default seng "Con-
stant TRUE [1]".
•
If the funcon is set to FALSE, the inverter is disabled. The motor becomes torqueless (coasts).
4Example: Enable inverter ^ 73
Run
0x2631:002 (P400.02)
Funcon 1: Start / stop motor (default seng)
•
Funcon 1 is acve if no further start commands (start forward/start reverse) have been connected to trig-
gers, no keypad control is acve and no network control is acve.
TRUE: Let motor rotate forward (CW).
FALSE: Stop the motor.
4Example: Start/stop (1 signal) and reversal ^ 67
Funcon 2: Start enable/stop motor
•
Funcon 2 is acve if further start commands have been connected to triggers, the keypad control is acve
or the network control is acve.
TRUE: Start commands of the acve control source are enabled.
FALSE: Stop the motor.
4Example: Start forward/start reverse/stop (edge-controlled) ^ 68
4Example: Run forward/Run reverse/stop (status-controlled) ^ 70
Acvate quick stop
0x2631:003 (P400.03)
Bring the motor to a standsll in best me.
4Example: Quick stop ^ 72
Start forward (CW)
0x2631:006 (P400.06)
Start the motor edge-controlled.
•
In order to be able to start the motor, the "Run" funcon must be set to TRUE.
•
The motor is stopped by reseng the "Run" funcon to FALSE.
•
The funcons are deacvated in case of keypad or network control.
4Example: Start forward/start reverse/stop (edge-controlled) ^ 68
Start reverse (CCW)
0x2631:007 (P400.07)
Run forward (CW)
0x2631:008 (P400.08)
Let the motor rotate in a status-controlled way.
•
In order to be able to start the motor, the "Run" funcon must be set to TRUE.
•
The funcons are deacvated in the case of keypad or network control.
4Example: Run forward/Run reverse/stop (status-controlled) ^ 70
Run reverse (CCW)
0x2631:009 (P400.09)
Jog foward (CW)
0x2631:010 (P400.10)
Jog operaon: Let the motor rotate in a status-controlled way with setpoint preset.
CAUTION!
The jog operaon has a higher priority than the "Run" funcon, all other start commands and the keypad key
.
•
If the jog operaon is acve, the motor cannot be stopped with the previously menoned funcons!
•
However, jog operaon can be interrupted by the "Quick stop" funcon.
•
Jog operaon can always be acvated, even in case of keypad or network control.
4Example: Jog forward/Jog reverse ^ 74
Jog reverse (CCW)
0x2631:011 (P400.11)
Reverse rotaonal direcon
0x2631:013 (P400.13)
Invert the frequency setpoint.
•
The funcon can be used in combinaon with all start commands.
•
The funcon is deacvated in the case of network control.
4Example: Start/stop (1 signal) and reversal ^ 67
Assignment guidelines
The error message "Trigger/funcons connected incorrectly" (error code 25216 | 0x6280) is
output if one of the following assignment guidelines is not observed:
•
If the "exible I/O conguraon" is acve as control source, the "Enable inverter" or "Run"
funcon must be connected to a digital input in order that the motor can be stopped again
any me!
•
With keypad or network control, the two funcons "Enable inverter" and "Run" can also
be set to "Constant TRUE [1]" to start the motor.
•
The use of the "Start forward (CW)" and "Start reverse (CCW)" funcons excludes the use
of the "Run forward (CW)" and "Run reverse (CCW)" funcons, and vice versa.
