5.8 Motor data
The term "motor data" comprises all parameters only depending on the motor and only char-
acterising the electrical behaviour of the motor. Motor data are independent of the applica-
on in which the inverter and the motor are used.
Precondions
The equivalent circuit data ("Sengs" tab, path: "Basic seng\motor", parameterisaon dia-
log "Derived motor properes and equivalent circuit") apply to a motor in star connecon. In
case of a motor in delta connecon, the delta values must be converted into equivalent star
values.
Possible sengs
If a Lenze motor is connected to the inverter, you can select the motor in the engineering tool
from the "motor catalogue".
