Power Thresholds Definitions:
There are power threshold settings for the following values: each one has four different set points with
different delay & direction settings.
Over Watt Unit (1,2,3)
Under Watt Unit (1,2,3,4)
Over VAr Unit (1,2,3,4)
Under VAr Unit (1,2,3,4)
For each point, there are four settings such as shown in the following example for Over Watt Unit-1.
Over Watt Enable (unit 1)
When this is enabled, the corresponding status indication and logic bit will be driven when the
measured value exceeds the pickup value for the required time delay.
Over Watt Pick up (unit 1)
This setting determines the threshold point
Over Watt Direction (unit 1)
This setting determines the direction of power flow for the pickup point
Over Watt Delay (unit 1)
Before any indicators are set, the measured value must exceed the threshold for a minimum time. This
time period is set as “Over Watt Delay.”
Once all the settings have been entered click save.
