7.1 NAVIGATING SECTION 7
The GARD Protective Relay and Communications System is normally configured at the factory to
meet each customer’s specific requirements. If changes or additions are required, the following
alphabetical list will assist users familiar with the GARD’s capabilities to go directly to the
configuration web screens for setting information. Users new to the GARD should review Section 7
before configuring a particular GARD function.
Note that the table below lists most of the settings for various modules in the GARD Chassis.
Settings for the Current Differential, Ethernet TPS, Optional Metering Module and DNP Option
are listed in their respective sections.
