This web page will let the user select which data points of the GARD are to be exposed to the DNP
Masters. Further, it lets the user assign each data point a class number.
Definitions:
Type
The DNP object type the point will be reported as. This is fixed and cannot be changed.
GARD Supported objects are listed below:
30: Floating Point
20: Counter
10: Binary Output*
1: Binary Input

Binary Outputs are unique from the other object types in the sense that they may be written to. These
objects are the HMI Input bits of the GARD. These objects will be exposed to up to two DNP masters,
and depending on configuration the bit can also be changed in the web interface manually. The last
source to write to the bit has the highest priority. For example if the user changes the bit to a 1, and
then the DNP Master 1, sets it to a 0, the value will be a 0. Using DNP event based notification that is
enabled via the DNP masters; the masters can receive change notification.

Shows a description of the point.
Source
Indicates the type of the source. The following types are possible:
Math
Logic (HMI Inputs and Outputs)
SOE Counter
PLC
Telemetry
Metering
Current Diff.
Distance
Slot
Indicates the slot number of the card if applicable.
Enabled
When checked (enabled) this point will appear on the DNP messages sent to the master computer.
C1, C2 and C3
Sets the point for either Class 0, 1, 2, or 3. If no box is checked the class is 0, which is the default.
Only one class may be selected.
