033-775 FAX RX Encode Output Buffer Over
Cause:
In FAX receive, JBIG encode output buffer overflow.
Solution:
The machine will recover after the OK or Close button is pressed or message is displayed for
specified time.
If the error persists:
1. Check the sending side fax machine or retry sending by lowering the resolution setting.
2. Update to the latest F/W.
3. Ensure that the error is replicated after the printer is powered Off and then On, and then
replace the following parts in sequence.
•(REP 5.4 Fax PWB)
•(REP 5.1 ESS PWB)

033-776 SCAN Encode Output Buffer Over
Cause:
In FAX scan and D-FAX scan, JBIG encode output buffer overflow.
Solution:
The machine will recover after the OK or Close button is pressed or message is displayed for
specified time.
If the error persists:
1. Check the resolution setting.
2. Retry sending by lowering the resolution setting.
3. Update to the latest F/W.
4. Ensure that the error is replicated after the printer is powered Off and then On, and then
replace the following parts in sequence.
•(REP 5.4 Fax PWB)
•(REP 5.1 ESS PWB)
