REP 5.9 AC Inlet Harness

Removal
WARNING: Allow the Fusing Assembly to cool before servicing the product.
1. Remove (REP 5.2 ESS PWB Housing).
2. Remove the AC Inlet Harness. (Figure 1)
a. Remove 1 screw (silver, M6 with lock washer) that secures the AC ground wire and release the
ground wire from the harness clamps.
b. Disconnect P/J200 from the LVPS.
c. Release 2 clips that secure the power switch to the chassis and release the harness from the
harness guide.
d. Slide out the AC Socket to remove the AC Inlet Harness from the chassis.

1. Replace in reverse order.
