4. Scroll to and select the KNIFE SPEED ALARM setting (A).
5. Turn scroll knob to adjust knife speed alarm as desired.
Default is 70% and minimum value is 50%. For example, at
a setting of 75%, an alarm will sound when knife speed
decreases to 75% of preset knife speed due to overload.
