Connecting R1 Series Hydraulics
IMPORTANT:
To prevent contamination of the hydraulic system, use a clean rag to remove dirt and moisture from all (fixed and
movable) hydraulic couplers.

1. Approach platform/stair unit (A) on left cab-forward side of
windrower and ensure cab door is closed.
2. Push latch (B), and pull platform (A) toward walking beam
until it stops and latch engages.
3. Retrieve the hydraulic hoses from the header.

4. Attach hose support (A) to the frame near the windrower
left cab-forward leg, and route hoses under frame.
NOTE:
Route hoses as straight as possible and avoid rub/wear
points that could damage hydraulic hoses.
