Opening Battery Cover
WARNING
To avoid bodily injury or death from unexpected startup of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the key
from the ignition before leaving the operator’s seat for any reason.
1. Stop the engine and remove the key.
2. Open hood. Refer to 5.3.1 Opening Hood, page 256.

3. Lift up on the cab end of the cover (A) to disengage it from
the retaining tab (B), and swing cover away from the frame.

1. Swing the cover (A) towards the windrower frame. Lift up
on the cab end of the cover until it is secured by the
retaining tab (B) on the frame.
