OPERATION
CAUTION
Check to be sure all bystanders have cleared the area.
IMPORTAN T:
Remove protective cover from exhaust stack prior to
starting engine.
2. Start the engine and activate the header down
button (A) on the ground speed lever (GSL) to fully
retract header lift cylinders.

3. Activate t
he reel up switch (A) on the GSL to raise the
center-l
ink until the hook is above the attachment pin
on the hea
der.

If the cen
ter-link is too low, it may conta ct th e
header as
the windrower approaches the header
for hook
up.

4. Drive t
he windrower slowly forward until the boots (A)
enter
the header legs (B). Continue driving slowly
forwa
rd until lift linkages contact the support plates in
the he
ader legs and the header nudges forward.
5. Ensur
e the lift linkages are properly engaged in the
heade
r legs and are contacting the support plates.
