MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
1. Push latch (A) and pull platform (B) toward walking
beam until it stops and latch engages in open position.
NOTE:
Ensure the platform is latched before using.

5.3.2 Closing Platforms (Standard Position)
CAUTION
Do NOT stand on an unlocked side platform. It is unstable and may cause you to fall.
NOTE:
This procedure describes how to close the cab-forward
left platform (A): use the same procedure for the right
platform (B).
