If Flexible ringing is set, the Callback to Cell Phone feature works in any type of Program
22-02-01 trunk setting. If Flexible ringing is not set, the Callback to Cell Phone feature does
not work if the incoming call type is “DID/DISA”.
After answering Callback, if the system does not receive a DTMF signal from the Mobile
Extension using Program 20-18-01 (Default; 30 seconds), the system disconnects the call.
The trunk user for SMDR for Callback is tied to the extension number of Mobile Extension.
If the user calls a Mobile Extension port during while using the Callback to Cell Phone
feature, the caller hears a busy tone.
The Callback to Cell Phone feature can be used on the K-CCIS network. Netlink can be
used for the Callback line, but not for the incoming line.
