Troubleshooting Procedure

1 Check the network connection
Check the network connection using
the ping command.
Does the printer connect the network?

2 Check the network connection
Reseat the network cable connector.
Does the error still occur when using
the server?
Go to step 3. Complete.
3 Contact the System Admin to verify
the following:
■ Are Network settings correct?
■ Are Address Book settings correct?
■ Do printer settings match server
settings?

as necessary.
