General Troubleshooting
Entering Service Diagnostics
1. Turn the printer Off.
2. Press and hold the Up and Down arrows simultaneously and turn the printer
On.
3. Release the buttons when Service Mode and ESS Diag appear on the SFP
display, or Service Mode, Printer, and Fax/Scanner appear on the MFP
display.
Exiting Service Diagnostics
Scroll to Exit Mode, select Complete, then press OK.
